We’re an adventure crew from Northern Utah that camps, bikes, paddles, hikes, and skis. The crew is made up of two humans and two dogs. There’s dog dad, Patrick, who enjoys the food and is a badass bikepacker. The two dogs, Yuki and Merlin, heeler mixes who love our adventures. And me, camp chef and outdoor enthusiast. I’m a graduate student receiving a MS in geographic information science. I moved to Utah over a decade ago to ski…I mean attend college.
Cooking is my love language. It has been since I was 8 years old. I was fortunate to grow up in outdoor spaces where my passions and experiences could continue into adulthood. When I combined my two passions in my early 20s, I found it was the culmination of creativity and science experiment. I believe food creates depth to the world around you whether that is through a connection to culture or a conversation between close friends. Food is meant to be an experience.

Kitchen ConfidentialWhen I'm not grinding through graduate school, you'll find me outside with my dogs and husband. I love every outdoor sport under the sun and finding creative new ways to fuel our adventures.
These two little weirdos join us on most of our outdoor adventures. Yuki loves to backcountry ski with me and Merlin is a big fan of begging for food under the camp table.
